Dee Brown is the founder of The P3 Group, Inc., an African American–owned public-private partnership real estate development firm. His leadership brings real estate, hospitality, entertainment, and community development together across a national business platform.
His experience spans real estate sales, development, and management, as well as construction, infrastructure, water and sewer, and environmental projects for public and private clients. He previously led Concrete Constructors, Inc.
Dee owns Brownstone Country Club & Resort, leads Self Made Entertainment, Inc., and is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Brown Foundation Community Development Corporation.
His Brownstone ventures encompass golf, hospitality, residential development, markets, and fuel centers. Through P3 Dining Solutions, the platform also develops Pizza Hut Express concepts.
