Project overview
The courthouse is one of three distinct sites in P3’s West Memphis facilities program. The broader partnership combined site acquisition, capital structuring, and facility delivery for essential municipal services.
A dedicated place for municipal justice
The courthouse is a separate civic facility within the West Memphis three-site development program. The supplied photograph shows P3 founder Dee Brown outside the completed courthouse. The original company site also provides a courthouse-specific video tour.
Capital and delivery, coordinated
P3’s November 19, 2019 case study records $12 million of capital delivered in 117 days for the broader program, which included two fire stations, police substation space, and the courthouse. These historical figures apply to the full program, not the courthouse alone.
