The announced acquisition-and-rehabilitation partnership provides a 171-bed student housing program owned and operated by P3 in collaboration with Southeast Arkansas College. The original project announcement records construction starting in March 2023.
A long-term partnership model
P3 estimated that the partnership could contribute approximately $7.24 million to SEARK over 20 years. That figure is an announced estimate, rather than a record of donations already made.
