Sgt. E.L. Roberts Veterans Services Office
A dedicated home for veterans services in downtown Pine Bluff.
Project overview
The Veterans Services Office is a distinct project within P3’s Jefferson County development program. Located near East 2nd Avenue and South State Street, the facility gives veterans services a dedicated civic setting.
A civic setting that honors service
The original design places the 5,100-square-foot Veterans Services Office at the northwest corner of East 2nd Avenue and South State Street in downtown Pine Bluff. Its layout is organized around an interior courtyard housing a Veterans Memorial.
Service and remembrance together
The architectural gallery shows the memorial courtyard, flag display, mural facade, and interior views. The project is one of three separate Jefferson County facilities in the coordinated $14 million program announced in September 2020.
