P3 structured a public-private partnership between Boss Wings Enterprises and the City of Clarksdale to restore a historic public asset and bring Wingstop to the community.
A historic asset returned to use
Boss Wings Enterprises opened Wingstop in Clarksdale on July 3, 2020 after renovating the former Greyhound Bus Station. P3 structured the partnership with the city to connect a new commercial use with preservation of a historic public property.
A redevelopment with several partners
The original announcement describes a 30-year lease and a city Rural Development Grant, with approvals involving the Mississippi Department of Archives and History, Federal Highway Administration, and city leadership. The opening gallery captures the ribbon-cutting and celebration at the restored property.
